help needed with SHop MOD

I have installed the CASH MOD223 and the SHop MOD 3.0.2 and I have added a few items to the shop...the problem is, the seed count for the forum members isnt transferred to the Inventory Seed Count for the shop...so nobody is earning Currency to use in the shop despite posting on the forums. the currency in the shop is the same name for the currency in the forums. I am seeing no errors, phpbb wise, but I cannot work out how to link the seeds in the forums to the seeds in the shop. PLEASE HELP...
