Assuming you're allowed to attach files you should have all the tools you need in the Post Reply screen.
If not, you'll have to find somewhere to host the image (Photobucket, ImageShack et al.) and paste the URL for the image between [img]&[/img] tags.

images can also be uploaded through attachments
but it will not be seen in the post as full image
