Adding users to forum - Can I do it or do they all have to?

Hi there,

I have a forum I have set up for my class, but rather than have them all email me, is there any way I can add them to the forum and register them myself?

Log out, click register, fill in their details

There is also an Admin User Register mod available here that should do the job for you :

You can directly add the Usernames and give them passwords and they need be activated too

Thanks for the tip, am I right in thinking though that this won't work on a free forum?

I m not sure about it - But I think it should work without any probs - Just to be sure can you tell me which free webhost are you on ?

Most of the free webhosts today have upgraded their features these days and I think it might work
