Print Background Images/Color

Hello everybody,

How can I make it so when a user prints out a certain page, then all background colors and images are included in that page.

I have a page that is designed for printing, and it needs to have these elements on the printed page.

depends on the printer.
My printer prints the page as is.
So if I don't want style on a page then I simply deactivate the pages style sheet.

I know you can change browser preferences, but I don't want all of the people who are generating this page to have to change preferences. Is there a way I can cheat the printer to accepting them as images?
