well i have a site that has some pictures and videos of my car and some friends cars. my template is from a web editor and i hate it. i want a php site. i need to be able to edit it easy. like make a new page of pictures for a friend. and on the home page i would like to have updates. i know i can change them through index.php and look for the string or through the language file. i do not want to spend a whole lot of money on it though
i would like to keep it under $500.
