Style: Morpheus eXtreme

Added psd file for logo and buttons.

It requires Photoshop CS and probably won't work with older versions.

Fonts used in psd:
- Triplex (for buttons and logo)
- Arbat (for logo)
- 04b_03 (for small viewtopic buttons)

If you don't have Triplex font then you can try MS Trebuchet that looks similar.
If you don't have Arbat font then replace it with some other font - that font is used only for main logo and don't really matter what you use.
If you don't have 04b_03 font you can download it for free (search on google for it and you'll see several download locations)

For slicing instructions look in psd file for Morpheus style - styles use similar buttons format. To change color scheme enable/disable layers in colors layers set.

- fixed cells hover bug for IE while page isn't fully loaded (thanks for thedrumchannell and UseLess for finding it)
- different message_body.tpl, confirm_body.tpl and error_body.tpl for admin control panel
