i want to create my own page?

how do i create my own page.?

Your own page for what exactly?
More information would be helpfull.
However, I'll assume you mean your own web page in which case start here: http://www.w3schools.com/ and click the link near the top left that reads 'Learn HTML'.
If you mean adding your own page to phpBB then you may find this: viewtopic.php?t=16188 helpfull.
If you mean something else then, as previously stated, more information on exactly what you mean would be extremely helpfull as we're not all mind readers.

1. Select a colour scheme and stick to it.
2. Use templates.
3. Provide an easy to use navigation system.
4. Don’t go overboard on special effects
5. Backgrounds
6. External Links
7. Site Map & Search Feature
