I have installed a new PHPBB today, added your xs_mod.231.zip, and added morpheusx_english.sblue. I get the following error messages in the admin left-hand pane.

Good lead - it was in the wrong directory! Thanks.

Now, when I click on "Configuration" in the Extreme Styles tab in the admin section of phpbb, I receive the following error.

Fixed - permissions not set to executable.

Hiya, I get this error -

at the top of the screen whenever I try to go into the admin pannel or open a thread, any idea how to fix it?

Contact your host and ask them to enabled ob_start().

I asked on the support site and they said -

Unfortinutaly we are unable to enable this service on an single account basis. This was being abused by memember of our hosting service to we decided to disable it. Is there anyway you can go about without this function?

Is there an alternative way?

ok, no matter where i put this dam folder

it comes up with the message "Hacking attempt"
all my permissions are 777

There is nothing you can do as your host has disabled 'ob_start()' as stated in this line of the above error;

you can ask them to enable it again, which I doubt they'll do, other than that you won't be able to use XS Mod or a style which uses that function such as Aphrodite.
