Rss feed from another site

hi guys,
i m kinda new with forums but got a question.
how can u make a rss feed from a another forum? without having a rss feed. the forum does not have a rss feed, i want to make for example a rss feed from a PC catagory to see the new topics, posts etc.... in my feedreader. can u someone solve my probleem its kinda important.

You can't -- you need to install an RSS MOD.
