A matter of curiousity

I noticed a post on here today by someone who wanted a template made. The statement in reply was that no one would make him one for free. So I was wondering, how much would it cost to have one made?

The template I have in mind would be about as complex as Aphrodite, with mouseover table cells and a quick reply via Extreme Styles, and onfocus variable-CSS text fields (?), as well as the styled checkboxes and radio buttons on styles like those made by FreestyleXL.

I would also like the administration control panel to be done completely in this style, including the one MOD that is always left out: Extreme Styles.

I would supply a set of PSDs with whatever images were needed to complete the basic theme and explain the layout.

I'm interested in seeing how much this would cost, given that most commercial templates are between 25 and 50 dollars. Anyone who feels they are capable of doing such a theme that is compatible with all browsers and is XHTML 1.1/CSS compliant, please post your estimates here.

The style would be copyrighted to my site, but I would give credit for the templating with a link to your site on an Acknowledgements page as well as including the person or site in a post of appreciation on the site's opening (in addition to the agreed-upon payment, of course, not in substitution of it).

I'd like to have an idea of what it would cost me, assuming I don't manage to make any significant progress on it myself.
