eXtreme Styles mod updated to version 2.1.0

Changes:
- fixed some bugs
- mod is fully compatible with category hierarchy mod 2.1.0
- new function: style configuration. it is a complex function and works only for styles that support configuration. more information will be posted in tutorials forum later.
